What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga has many forms. It can be scary to walk into a class with lots of people who seem to know what they’re doing already. Maybe on top of it, you’re dealing with a herniated disc or a bad hip, making many of the poses difficult or even seemingly impossible. This is where I come in. Let me work with you one on one!
